Chelsea caretaker boss Roberto di Matteo and Barca boss Pep Guardiola will clash on the pitch at the Nou Camp for the second time to battle for the Champions League silverware on Tuesday, April 23rd.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger believes Chelsea have a good chance to knock Barcelona out of the Champions League in the Nou Camp as the Blues head to Spain with a hard-earned 1-0 lead from the first leg at Stamford Bridge.

‘It is far from impossible to qualify there because Chelsea go even in a better position that us, they won 1-0 – it is a fantastic result 1-0,” said Wenger.

‘Also, the Barcelona we have seen the other night it is not the Barcelona of last year.

‘You wonder as well is it not worth to try to score a goal? That would mentally be a massive blow to them because I have seen last year when we scored last season, yes it was a lucky goal, but I could see suddenly they became very nervous,’ he added.

AC Milan are winless in their last six European encounters against Barcelona.

Lionel Messi has scored 30 goals in his last 26 appearances in the Champions League for Barcelona, and 49 overall in this competition. Messi has scored just one goal in his seven meetings this season against Italian opponents in the Champions League – from the penalty spot against AC Milan in the group stage.

Defending champs Barcelona are without defender Eric Abidal. Cesc Fabregas and Xavi probably will not start.

“It is the most important match of the year and at the same time the most beautiful one. Athletic Bilbao (who Bara beat 2-0 at the weekend) don’t defend, they come at you. It’s completely different from Milan, it’s like night and day,” said Barca Manager Pep Guardiola.

The Stadium of Light, or Estádio da Luz, in Lisbon, Portugal will house the 2014 Champions League Final. Lisbon will host the exciting match for the first time since 1967. UEFA awarded the 2014 Champions League final to the Stadium of Light on Tuesday.

The new Juventus Stadium in Turin will stage the 2014 Europa League final, and the 2015 Under-21 European Championship will be played in the Czech Republic.

The 65,000-capacity Stadium of Light, the home ground of Benfica, was rebuilt before the 2004 European Championship and staged the final.

Stadium of Light is named after “Our Lady of the Light” (Nossa Senhora da Luz, or more commonly, Luz), which is the name of the Lisbon parish where the stadium stands. “Da luz,” or “of light,” is a common concept in Portuguese Catholic tradition, and basically translates as those “in the presence of God.”
